My name is James Burton, a recent graduate of an aromatherapy class offered by Shellie Enteen, the vice-president and South Carolina director of NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy). I wrote an article recently on how to go about obtaining pure essential oils. What questions to ask companies and what to look for. I submitted it to NAHA for their journal and it was accepted and my questionaire is also going to be featured in NAHA's safe practice booklets. After Shellie noticed how dedicated I was she dubbed me "The Aromatherapy Detective" and thats why this blog is here. Here you will find actual answers, phone conversations, perhaps eventually, even interviews of the VAST amount of essential oil companies out there to help you find the best companies. Also you will learn about new aromatherapy developments, case studies, individual oils, sustainability, aromatherapists, and more! Feel free to send in specific requests. I'll do whatever possible to make the term "Aromatherapist" a title of respect in the health field!
